The Journey From Enquiry to Impact

Phase 1: Discovery and design

Initial Consultation. 30-minute discussion about your coaching objectives, current challenges, target populations, and success criteria. We explore whether aimio is the right solution for your specific needs.

Needs Assessment. Detailed analysis of your organisation's requirements including leadership levels to be served, development priorities, existing programmes, budget parameters, and desired outcomes.

Phase 2: Pilot launch

Coach Bench Creation.We present potential coaches for your review and approval, creating your dedicated bench aligned with your organisational culture and development needs.

Platform Configuration. Technology setup customised for your organisation including branding, integration with existing systems, user access, and reporting configuration.

Pilot Population Selection. Working together to identify 10-20 participants for initial programme, ensuring diverse representation and engaged participants who will provide valuable feedback.

Launch Communications. Support for participant communications explaining programme benefits, participation process, and expectations to drive engagement and enthusiasm.

Phase 3: Delivery and optimisation

(Weeks 4-6)

Matching and Onboarding. Participants complete profiling, are matched with coaches from your dedicated bench, and schedule initial sessions with comprehensive support throughout.

Programme Monitoring. Regular check-ins with participants and coaches, real-time tracking of participation and satisfaction, early identification of any issues requiring attention.

Mid-Programme Review. Comprehensive assessment of progress against success metrics, participant and stakeholder feedback, identification of what's working well and where adjustments would add value.

Phase 4: Evaluation and scaling

Impact Assessment. Detailed analysis of programme outcomes including participation metrics, satisfaction scores, business outcomes, and ROI calculation.

Stakeholder Reporting. Presentation of results to key stakeholders with recommendations for programme continuation, modification, or expansion.

Scaling Design. If pilot demonstrates value, development of scaled programme reaching broader populations whilst maintaining quality and building on pilot learnings.
